    Imani entered the Youth Program as a single mother looking for assistance to start her career pathway. After completing a career assessment, Imani knew that she wanted a career working in an office. She wasn’t sure if she wanted to be in a business or medical office setting. Imani was enrolled in our 10 week Work Based Learning program and successfully completed her paid-internship. She worked at a local Security Company, SecureMedy in Waldorf, MD. The career readiness training she received through our program assisted her with the skills and training needed to enter the workforce.
